We are always looking for people to share their thoughts on how we can improve CitySpokes. If you are willing to work with us, we will offer various incentives to those that join our Focus Groups. If you are interested, please sign up for the Focus Group that you are interested in.

We will send you a monthly questionnaire where you can provide us specific feedback on a few questions. By completing the questionnaire with your thoughts and suggestions, we will be able to improve CitySpokes.

If and when you come across any bugs in CitySpokes (websites all have bugs!), by telling us what you were doing when the bug showed up, along with a screen capture if possible, we will be able to identify the problem and fix it.

If we find a bug and fix it before anyone else sees it, is it really a bug?

This is where you can comment on any aspect of CitySpokes that you either enjoy or dislike. The more comments we get, the better chance we will have to know exactly how to improve CitySpokes.

You will also be able to see the comments from others, and our responses.

If you are interested in joining one of our Focus Group Teams, this is where you will submit your request. You will also have the opportunity to select which Focus Group Team (or Teams) you would like to be on.
